Inside Sales Representative

What are we looking for

  • Connect and engage with prospects via telephone and email
  • Promptly input all qualified opportunities in the CRM
  • Provide opportunities to Account Executives and educate them as necessary about the opportunity
  • Research companies, generate interest, and develop accounts.
  • Discover prospects needs, become a trusted resource, and develop strong relationships with them
  • Successfully overcome and respond to objections
  • Achieve qualified opportunity quotas
  • Provide consistent feedback to ensure continuous process optimization

Must have

  • Excellent networking skills
  • Thorough follow-up and sales development at multiple executive levels
  • Success in researching prospects and planning best course of action before contact is made
  • Positive and energetic communication and strong writing skills
  • A self-starter with the drive to be successful
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work in a high-energy sales team environment
  • Strong understanding of technology and business processes

Nice to have

  • Experience prospecting for a technology company
  • Experience working with SaaS products integration is a big plus
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or marketing
  • Ability to work on-site in Chennai, TN
